Separate from their loan origination software, Mortgage Express tracks loans and values in order to make commissions reporting available to their loan officers and processors.

Project Overview
Mortgage Express was looking to expand from their current cumbersome and rudimentary tracking system that required all fields be hand entered, whether amounts were derived from calculations or not. The new system needed to be much more robust, automate the payroll process and offer some custom CRM tools to send progress reports and pre-approval letters at the loan officer’s discretion.
Web Development
The system needed to be highly flexible and easy to use—especially for the extremely busy loan officers. We built a system that handled user accounts and rights, all loans throughout the loan process, email delivery of pre-approval letters and status reports. Twice a month, the system needs to calculate a highly complex tiered payroll and make available a number of reports for management.
The email capabilities are fully integrated to the system by populating content based on loan officer, location and loan details as well as past delivery contact information. The email generates a custom html email and a PDF document is created and automatically attached with the pertinent information.
